a few of my favourite things

Reading magazines, scrapping and love....although lately love can at times make the non fav list too;)

So when the challenge was set by Method playground to combines magazines and scrapping by using magazine pages on you LO how could I resist....anyhoo

this is what I came up with...love this Pink Paislee PP, the colour is gorgeous!
Magazines I used were Cosmo, Aus stamping and papercraft and Cleo - I will shamelessly admit I tore a couple of pages out whilst waiting for an appointment :) I have also used some yummy BoBunny epoxy brads,October afternoon PP, chatterbox felt stickers,Prima lace and BoBonny die cts.

Livin in the 80's

ok so I made this for the step by step Deeane created at LSBS cybercrop last weekend - she created a fabulos roller skate mini album - pop over to the site to check out her "skates"....

after making I realised I didn't quite read the instructions right - no biggie - I don't do mini albums often but had fun compilining my 80's trivia and memories - which I can add too....and even though I didn't get to put it in the challegne I did get a cute little mini and my boys will know more about what Mum got up to when she was a wee tacker:) when they get older - thanks Dee for the inspiration....

Girly Girl????

Someone has taken over my scrap supply and decided it was time for some girly girl LO's - at the cybercrops I did on the weekend and now for this weeks 52 pick up challenge over at LSBS....

the lovely Janine Kaye took this pic of me in November and this one was for a challenge for Enchanted scrapping's cybercrop using their website banner as inspiration...

Helen presented the card challenge at this months LSBS cybercrop and this is what I came up with above - such a cute quote from a set of Heidi Grace stamps :)
Then on Sunday night Belle gave us the challenge to create a vintage feel LO with soft feminine accents and this is what I have come up with above - definitely not my usual style but I love it - let me know what you think :) I have to credit Janine Kaye for this pic also:)

So i am really liking using papers I have had in my stash and may not usually look at for my usual cheeky monkey Lo's but am happy I have had a go!

All cyber cropped out:)

This weekend I have participated in two cyber crops.

I love LSBS cybercrop's -so much fun -go check out the bingo thread and lots of inspiring ideas -here's a few LO's I completed...The theme this month was "let's get physical..."

Easter Treats :)

Challenge 15 at the LSBS is to scrap your Easter pics - so here's what I did....


We had so much fun Easter Sunday - the boys got up at 5:10am (a little too early I think), got stuck into the choccie bunnies early and hooned around the play room in Jayden's car and chicken hats - priceless :) We had an easter egg hunt at Mum's, a lovely lunch - way too much food as usual and a lovely chocolate easter cake - the top corner is what was on top of the cake - yummo - the boys were in bed rather early after having a full on day but it was lots of fun!!!!

Another big Milestone at our place today - Corey took his first steps!!!!Way to go little man - I am sure you will be running rings around your big bro and I in no time :) I am super proud of you - big mwahs and hugs - Mummy xxxx

Hoppy Easter :)

I am so lacking mojo - I have done one layout in the last week - Jayden has not been well again and I have been trying to keep him comfortable and rested - not an easy task (any mother of a 2.5yr old munchkin can a sure you) His on the mend now though so we are getting there.

I did get the LO below complete for challenge 14 of 52 pick up at LSBS and it's a fun one - use a crappy pic - mine isn't the crappiest pic I have but it's the meaning behind it and it's fun :)

Hopefully the Easter bunny will pop on by and drop of a crap load of chocolate to all you good little gals and guys :)
